During the times your real estate agent is showing your house leave the recorder hidden in your house somewhere so that you can record the real estate agents conversations with prospective buyers as well as hear the comments from the buyers. You may discover that you have a very good real estate agent that fights for you or one who will quickly disclose how far you will come down on the price of the home in order to make a quick sell.
